"Terrible Experience - Poor Customer Support and Delayed Delivery"
1. My order was dispatched way later than I thought it would be - probably around 6-8 weeks after I made the purchase.
2. Aside from my initial complaint, I tried calling multiple times but never got a response (the first few times I called before placing my order, I always reached someone).
3. I sent a bunch of emails inquiring about my order's status, but not one was answered. Honestly, your so-called 'customer service' is just not there - I probably won't be ordering from you again. I'd rather spend a bit more and get decent customer support.
4. The prescription was sent on 11/20/22, but it didn't ship until 12/19 - nearly a month later.

I received my 88 medications in tiny packs of four that were cryo sealed. It's super annoying to have to crack open these little 'trial sized' packages every time I need a pill. Really frustrating since I was hoping for a standard prescription bottle. I’m likely not gonna order again.
